Cross Training for Running
Those who have followed me for any length of time would be familiar with my approach to cross training. Cycling has been a big part of my training diet since I got serious about running. Early on, it was more of a back up to keep my training volume up while I managed patella tracking […] The post Cross Training for Running appeared first on Gene Beveridge.

Fat as Fuel

My favourite world cup terrain yet! It was an exciting day starting in castle ruins and racing through beautiful sandstones. I had a great race but took the wrong route on the long leg, costing almost two minutes and my chance to fight for the top ten. Finishing in 20th = however still gave me some world cup points and I am sitting in 15th overall going into the final race of the season tomorrow. Ready to give it one big final push! #nononsense #nzorienteering
